Why wouldn’t you lay a good bead of caulk on the outside of the hole then put the window in? Like normally how a window gets installed?

What type of nail gun do you use to put the window nails in? Siding nailer? Roof nailer? Finish nailer? Framing nailer?

Start nailing in the middle… if and when the window is outta plumb you can shim the mitres to have perfect seams

It always aggravates me how these aren’t built properly. But at the same time, no one’s living in these. They’re just storage. For example,the windows. New construction windows aren’t just nailed.
