I have something similar in the crock pot right now! My great grandma was Polish and taught me the recipe. Funny how cultures are so similar sometimes.

I have to make this. Braised pork shoulder in every culture is always slamming. The lean into the apple and herbs vibe is something I’ve never tried though.
