2 INGREDIENTS FRESH PASTA 😍 Ingredients 👉 -170g flour -150g tomato passata -400g cherry tomatoes -1 garlic clove -extra virgin olive oil -salt -pepper In a bowl, add flour (I used semolina flour but you can use normal flour instead) with tomato passata and knead for a minute. With your hands, flatten your dough into a disc (1 ½ inches thick). In a pot, boil some water and season with salt. Hold the disc on top of your boiling water and use some kitchen scissors to cut 1 ½-inch-pieces of dough, letting them fall into the boiling water. Cook your pasta for about 3/4 mins or until it starts floating to the surface. Drain. For the sauce, sizzle garlic with olive oil for 90 seconds, add cherry tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and cook for about 10 mins stirring occasionally. You can blend your cooked tomatoes if you want to make a smooth sauce otherwise you can skip this part. Mix your cooked pasta with your tomato sauce, adding some pasta water to make it sexy. Buon appetito!
