Lightly grease your hands with oil and knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until it forms a smooth, elastic ball. Place dough in greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap.Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. Prepare Filling: Mix softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon.
