Except, if you're not on gear, which every person you listed is on, you need recovery time. Twice a week per muscle group is max for natural lifters actually pushing to the limit.

The thing is about RECOVERY these high frequency guys are all juiced up , as natural lifters we can’t train super intense that many times a week and still recover

Doing Jordan peters full body program and my strength is skyrocketing. I’m doing numbers that legitimately scare me.

Incomplete info. Hypertrophy largely depends on how you train, not necessarily how often you train. Lifting at or close to failure once/week is vastly better than multiple times per week of easy reps.

Silly question, what is full body training?

Except you grow in recovery, so you can argue that once a week has more recovery time, therefore more grow time

Frequency training doesn’t work, the body doesn’t want to be moved in a hypertrophy way so much, movement more often yes, but too much 1D hypertrophy movement frequently the body siezes up.

For the most part I agree. However an u/l split (in my opinion as someone who’s done both for a while) is so much better, I find that I get fatigued on a full body when only taking one rest day

People denying this don’t realise that split routines were not used until the late 6”50s/60s. The original mr universes were natural and trained full body.

Not really a viable option for natural lifters. Maybe if youre on steroids

Studies shows that there isn’t much difference when training a muscle once in a week or twice or 3x in a week. Growing muscles depends on more factors besides training frequency.
