@ashley_kemper: Copycat Cheesecake Factory Chicken Artichoke Soup In a pot, boil until cooked: - 64oz chicken broth - tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder - 3 chicken breasts Then remove chicken breasts from broth and dice While chicken is cooking you will add the following into a pan: - 2 tbsps butter - 1 diced onion - 2 tbsps diced garlic - 4 lrg carrots, peeled and diced - 5 celery stalks diced - 2 red bell pepper diced - 1 container of button mushrooms diced - 1 cup of frozen peas (thawed) they werent in this video :( - 1 jar of artichokes diced - tsp salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, italian seasoning Cook until tender. In your pot, add 2c diced potato and cook. I normally add nonfrozen, but today i used frozen. Cook until tender and add in your pan of veggie! To the pot, add one small can of cream of mushroom soup for flavor and thickening. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and your diced chicken. Simmer! Yes…add in a spoonful of sugar…trust me! Serve with parmesan and warm rolls!
