One of the biggest mistakes ppl make is rushing up their doses - the goal is not to get to the highest dose. Spend as much time as you can on a dose. You have to look at weight loss as a long-term goal with maintenance.

The hardest weight to lose is the last 15 lbs. I’ve been on compound trizepatide for 6 months. I’m on 7.5 mg. & it’s not giving much suppression. I’m going to do more units tomorrow, to equal 8.5.
