my dog picks up tricks super easily, once she has selective hearing on i just go back to luring her into what I want and it works everytime. she has off days just like I do

My puppy is so lazy, he doesnt want to follow the lure at all. Not following lure, instantly wanting to go inside after he pees and he is really scared of everything. Do you know any fix for this?
