how many oil changes before all the flush is out, because if you jst do it once there will obviously still be flush in the engine which will make your new oil thin again

If you use LIQUI moly molygen oil it has the ceratic in already I believe or something similar to it.

The ceramic should have been mixed with the oil.putting it in separate might make the ceramic stick unevenly.
