@catsofsanbernardino: We rescued Target off of the euthanasia list at the shelter. He had a bad eye that the shelter staff thought needed to be removed. We ended up rescuing Target along with his two siblings(who were quickly adopted to awesome homes). With some love and care, we were able to save Targets eye, and we started looking for his forever family. That family didn't come along after a couple of months, and he went to be with his amazing foster Mama Alivia. For the next year and half, Target went to almost every single one of our adoption events, and he was somehow overlooked every time. Target was always the star of the show. He's confident and so loving, but no one ever applied to adopt him. At our last adoption event, Target finally got the family he had been waiting so patiently for 😭 Sometimes, it just takes time to find the perfect family ❤️ Thank you to his new family and his wonderful foster for taking such good care of him while he waited for his happily ever after. Have a great life, big boy!!
