i have this (keratosis pilaris) and i constantly do this even though i shouldn’t cuz it can cause scarring. i got some tretinoin but it doesn’t seem to be helping a lot to get rid of the bumps or any scarring. does anyone know how long it should take to see effects if you are using it once a day 😭

Yeahhh recently I’ve been popping them all because I just can’t stop. My arms are covered in bruises from squeezing. And I look like I have chicken pox 😭

If it was winter time I wouldn’t care, but it’s getting warmer and it looks like I have the chicken pox with some scabs thrown into the mixture from picking. 😭 idk how to get rid of them and I leave
