6yrs too, i quit almost a month ago cold turkey i no longer have cravings. while eating was the hardest time for me bc food anxiety lifesaver mints and my hydro flasks straw helped me 😂

i’ve tried twice mainly because i had surgery and had to go under two different times but i couldn’t do it so i just kept doing it. i’m more scared of myself and my anger from not having it
