Burger King absolutely sucks when it comes to mobile orders! I placed a mobile order and went to the drive thru, the guy said there was no order under my name or the order number and refused to make it even though I paid for it and so I said can you at least refund me then and he said no because I didn't pay them, I paid the app. I ended up sitting in the parking lot trying to contact the customer service and as I'm sitting there the guy yells to me from the window that my order finally came through. He ends up telling me that sometimes the orders take a while to come through. like why wouldn't you have told me that in the beginning because I could've just drove off instead of staying in the parking lot and I would've missed out on my order! they are a hot mess!
