There’s way too much variance in the car-buying process! I’d rather pay more for consistency and transparency. If I can do a mortgage basically all online I should be able to do the same with a car.

Yeah when I’m car shopping I will always take the first offer I get to another dealership. (I sell cars btw) as a whole, buyers lie more often than dealerships lie.

Yes but I do love when the salesman tries to do the four square with me. I will typically put a x in one of the boxes like we are playing tic tax toe. 😂

this vid saddens me. I spent 28 years in 3 stores...barely any staff turnover. top satisfaction ratings. Ritz and Nordstrom toured us...I was in a bubble!!

I bought an A91 Supra at a dealership and after paying 10k over MSRP they hit me with bullshit add-ons that I didn't want. told me they wouldn't sell the car unless I paid the extra $1200 bucks....
