😂 I had this same exact conversation with my client today. That and explaining why I get more busy during holidays and he proceeds to book a week earlier so his hair is right for a party.

My books were always messed up, we were constantly running out of color, 0 accountability on managements part. I’ve never had a good experience working commission. I’m better off doing it on my own.

To each their own. For me I don’t want anyone to dictate my schedule, what I wear, my clients potentially being given to other stylist, the draaaama, etc. but thats why there are different options!
