As a Turkish I watch so many recipes this is the best one so far 👏I can recommend you can use lamb,beef or mix,don't overcooked the meat,also you can use cayenne pepper if you like spicy

Does it have to be sweet paprika or can it just be reg? I only have reg,also saw people were saying beef or lamb can be used but which was it intended to be?u have the Tom paste 2,they say is better

Made this today with small tweaks for my preference, made taziki sauce instead , used veal/ground turkey/ground beef mince mix, seasoned it a bit more to my liking and it was soo good!
