@tarotcollectibles: Using the cellophane heat machine. Over the years we have spot checked some of the boxes to make sure the cards have printed correctly in each batch, but I've never really liked the idea of leaving them unsealed. There's a knack to getting it right, and I think it involves having the correct sized cellophane sheet (I've had to cut ours to size as they were too big) because it seems if there is too much excess, it will let air in and cause bubbles in the wrap. My first few attempts were terrible until I figured out it was the excess cellophane that was causing the problem; so I wrapped and rewrapped the same deck over and over until it started to look the part. A lot of it is trial and error. I am not exactly sure how they are wrapped in the factory; I expect their machinery is a bit more advanced than this table top heater thing. #cellophanewrappingmachine #cellophanewrap #sealingproducts #behindthescene #newtarotdeck
