I switched to the cup 5 years ago and will never go back! sooo much better and you can leave it in for 12hr so you only have to change it in the morning and before bed.

I only have day two that is the absolute worst so I just use regular tampons for that one day and then the rest. I just use pads. It’s so terrible that we can’t find anything healthy.
