go on linkedin and add random people from the company you wanna work for. ask them to refer you. good companies give money for a succesful referral so many people will refer you for the heck of it.

That’s pretty much just as bad…it doesn’t take into account when the job reqs went live so you’re essentially applying to jobs that are older than 24 hours which in this market means 600+ applicants
