I’ve seen pharmacists etc say to not stock up on plan B right now cos people are panic buying it and people who need to use it NOW can’t access it (you have til Jan at least)

You can double up on the dose if you’re over 165 but Ella is a great alternative but requires a prescription

Use code on your calendars. A number assigned to period, ovulation, sex. Or use symbols, whatever works. Even if you’re using BC, use a condom while you’re ovulating.
