@emthenutritionist: What I eat in a day as a nutritionist I made baked feta and spinach eggs which are my new breakfast obsession. Just chop spinach, spring onion, and dill. Place the feta in the middle and crack 2 eggs around it. Bake until the feta is golden and eggs just set then mix it all together. Spread onto toast and I added a few dashes of tabasco. washed down with a maple vanilla matcha. For lunch I made a big autumn kale salad with roasted sage sweet potato which I always like to toss in cornflour to go extra crispy. red onion, cranberries, chicken, brie and crispy panchetta. served with a tahini maple dressing this was so good. salads are not just for summer. For dinner, I did a nduja chickpea and blistered tomatoes sauteed with garlic, olives, spinach and basil. served with perfectly crispy skinned salmon, this for me is how i like to do a protein and veg style dinner. #whatieatinaday #wieiad #healthyrecipes
