I vacuum seal my leftovers of the protien we cooked, then throw them in the freezer. When my teenagers are looking for something for lunch they have a healthy protien to throw in their ramen.

I’ve used seal meal for years.😂 if you preseason the meat and then put it in the freezer, when it thaws, it will marinate through
