@mariannas_pantry: Pumpkin protein mug cake >>> Ingredients 1 scoop @flex_brands vanilla protein powder (discount: MARIANNA15) 1 tbsp oat flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Pinch of salt 3 tbsp pumpkin purée 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup (or regular) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk Chocolate chips for topping Instructions: 1. To a bowl add all ingredients except for chocolate, whisk together until smooth. If too thick add more milk 1 tbsp at a time. 2. Transfer to a microwave safe bowl or mug and top with chocolate. 3. Microwave for 1 min, let sit for a few seconds then microwave for another 30 seconds. It may need another 30 seconds depending on microwave.
