@nicolaalamb: SIFT ON TOUR: NYC (part 1!)🗽and Seattle ☔️ Writing SIFT has been an adventure of a lifetime and I’m so happy to be taking it on the road. Being in the US for the North American release is a total privilege and I’m taking it all on and nothing for granted - thank you to everyone who has hosted, shown up, gotten a copy and supported sift. And one of the more insane moments was Skyping in to live Dutch TV to see SIFT aka “bloem suiker boter” win cookbook of the year in the Netherlands. What an honour. One and a half cities down, the rest to go! Currently flying to SF - will see you at omnivore tomorrow night 💖💖💖
