So quick & easy to make & absolutely delishhhh 🤤🌮🫔🌯🥑🧀🫘🥗 ⠀ - 1/2 a diced white onion - 1 full de-skinned rotisserie chicken - Dash of ground cumin - Dash of oregano - 1 can of enchilada sauce - 1/2 cup of salsa verde or salsa of choice - 1 can of green chiles - 1 can of black beans - 1 can of corn ⠀ I made a bowl with it with shredded lettuce, little bit of white rice, low fat shredded cheese and avocado & it was soooo good!
