I tried giving my cockatiels beak a very light sanding but he just bites the sander so it won’t move. He’s very spicy about grooming 😂

I do have to ask, what are the red handled clippers called? I have a smaller pair of the second clippers shown in the clip however I find it’s not working out great for clipping small nails
