@stevenmotocooks: in just a bit more than 6 months I finished culinary school and now 6 months later I have learned so much more than I could have ever anticipated. from starting out in a 3 Michelin Star restaurant to being promoted to working on the line and now given the opportunity to handle all of the seafood products we serve as fish butcher I am constantly being trusted and challenged with new information that I am so grateful for. it was only one year ago that I really started cooking and all I can continue to do is try my best to keep up with the people around me. a somewhat off topic video, but it is fun comparing and seeing how much my view of food has shifted because of this minuscule experience I have accumulated thus far.
