I had a friend that had a cancer in his sinus and eventually it entered his brain, he had a bad seizure & passed away 2 days later never fully recovering

Have you met with palliative care to discuss goals of care and having your pain addressed? This does not mean you give up, they help you with pain management and what you essentially want at this point

My Dad had a spindle cell sarcoma & was treated at Mass General Hospital in Boston. His cancer was so rare, they ended up referencing a use case from Europe, which included chemo and radiation.
