i quit 3-4 years ago, i GRADUALLY cut it down to where I was smoking 1 cig a day and then 0, would definitely recommend slowly weaning down to 0 instead of cold turkey

Get a Vicks vapoinhaler stick! It’s meant to help with congestion but it helped me get that hit of menthol that I was craving while quitting vapes!!
