Functionally, it's a seven week journey on how to develop a personal practice that continually brings awareness to your family blueprint, the pressure that it exerts, the inertia that pulls you back towards its patterns, and empowers you to find another way. The program is for individuals seeking self-support and all forms of 'helpers' looking to integrate generational trauma minded practices in their support of others.
