My son had one and we put it inside of a build a bear, so he still gets his paci every night but sleeps with the puppy he chose🩵 it’s in the paw of the puppy so he can feel it and is comforted by it

I recommend with any moms because my mom did it with me is to not give a binky at all. It helped with my mom a lot because there was no fuss. For sure doing that with my kids 🫶🏻

a stuffed animal is best replacement and can put binky inside. a binky is a comfort item. a stuffy he can cuddle with and still feel comforted

I stopped binky with my daughter right at 2, I started by only giving it to her at bed time, no naps. And then one day just didn’t give it to her at night and threw them away. Half cold turkey 😅

When my daughter was in the hospital she didn’t want her binky because she was sick and stay in hospital for about 2-3 weeks and came home asking for it and we just ignored it and she was two years

We did cold turkey at nap time first. It was so hard, he was so mad. But at night there were way less tears since he was more tired by the evening than mid day & same thing, he was sooo talkative
