do note japanese knives you need a traditional sharpening block.and you need to do this monthly on these knives otherwise the get bad and rust etc and never put them in a knife block or so

FYI I went on a Sunday and most were closed so be aware and don't make the same mistake as I did 😂 the knifes shops were open and some ceramic ones
