@kayli.kiing: more questions, answers + artists I’ve gone to and loved! 👇🏼 huge thank you to @blacklambx for doing my entire arm in over the span of 3 days and absolutely crushing it!! I love it so so much 🥹💗 ✨How do I get them while traveling and doesn’t that affect the healing process?? I try to time them where I know I’ll have a chill few weeks following the appointment (or at least be out of sun and water). For a few of my pieces I got in the Philippines, I was in the sun and ocean the following days and honestly they still healed pretty well but could’ve been better. My healing process mostly consists of making sure they stay clean and adding a thin layer of moisturizer on them. I have made the mistake of over moisturizing and did see some bad scabbing + ink fall out. ✨How do I take care of them after they’ve healed?? Keep them out of the sun!! This is another reason I wear a sun hoodie so much, it’s honestly just to protect my tattoos. If I’m not wearing the sun hoodie, then I have sunscreen on them. ✨How do I decide on what to get?? Kinda mentioned this in the video but I wanted to add that I love getting flash pieces from artists or just letting them choose what to do with the space!! ✨Most painful spot?? The knuckles weren’t the friendliest and anything on the back of the leg I only have a spine tattoo so far but I’ll report back once I get a full back piece because that one may take the cake...
