@zachgroverfit: Been fine tuning my leg day splits, hitting quads and hamstrings separately for maximum gains. This quad-focused session really did it. I supersetted the first two exercises, and it was absolutely brutal. Not necessary unless you’re looking to push yourself to the limit and work up a serious sweat. 🔥Workout: Goblet Squats: 5 sets of 12 (HEAVY) Lunges: 5 sets of 10 each leg (HEAVY) Leg Extensions: 6 sets (REPS) Calf Raises: 6 sets of AMAP (HEAVY+REPS) 🔑Focus on full range of motion to hit every fiber in your quads.
