I do prefer walking on a treadmill for an hr. Listening to podcast. I’ll occasionally lift a 10lb weight while walking. The 1.2-1.4 is a game changer. No pressure to do a full body weight lift program

I will say this… I am 50 years old and for the past two weeks I have been eating 100 g of protein a day. today I got on the scale and I am down 2 1/2 pounds on top of that, I feel amazing. My weight at starting this was 135.
