I’m sorry, but my hemorrhoids flare up. Come from having soft stool continuously from IBS. I do not get flair ups from constipation, so I don’t wanna follow these rules. That’s going to soften my stool because actually that’s why I have a flare up now. What can I do?

How do you do this as a picky eater with sensory issues? I’m sensitive to a lot of food textures and a lot of the fruits with skins give me the ick with the skin. I have to peel my apples to eat them.

Dates and prunes have really helped me. Also black beans, sweet potato and avocados. I have good luck with Konysyl fiber but it tastes horrible.
