Tbh I make myself so anxious before work that I just run off adrenaline and crash once I get home. I only work and lay in bed so don’t take my advice 😭

Lots and lots and LOTS of salt & electrolytes. Some days aren’t bad, other days I have to sit down frequently. But electrolytes are soooo important!! And get up super slow.

i was forced to get a very low stress job and got lucky that my boss is very understanding and such a kind lady. honestly there is not a lot you can do besides salt and electrolytes and sitting down

the fatigue is next level. especially in heat omg. I'll lay on my heating pad to help with my DDD and pelvic issues and I literally cannot stay conscious

Some can’t. I’m fortunate to be well managed but I wasn’t always. POTS management isn’t just one strategy. It’s a lot of little things done consistently every day. Most aren’t even Rx.

I have endometriosis and suspected pots and I don’t work anymore. Between the pain in my abdomen and back and joints, with fatigue and blacking out I just don’t anymore it was physically impossible

I’m in Australia, I work 38 hours a week currently (diagnosed in March) I’ve realised I’ve been getting through it using brute force and crashing on afternoons and weekends. I’m realising very rapidly how unsustainable it’s becoming and the depression it’s causing. I’m going to see my GP this week to see what I need to do to get some form of support so I can maybe only work part time
