I remember in the 90s Oprah had a “how to live longer” segment where a doc said flossing daily increases life expectancy by like 6 years! Cuz the bacteria to bloodstream access in gums.

Flossing freaks me out. Always gets stuck and I’m afraid of chipping my weak enamel. And mine usually does smell bad after I do it. Is water flossing a better option?

Personally, I think people should brush their teeth like they wash their hands. Just put a travel toothbrush,floss and some toothpaste in your bag.
