BABY FRIENDLY BISCUITS ⭐️ Ingredients * 100g (3/4 US cup) sweet potato, peeled chopped and steamed * 80g (1/2 US cup) carrots, peeled chopped and steamed * 70g (1/3 US cup) ripe banana * 220g (1 3/4 US cups) self-raising flour (or plain flour + 2 tsp of baking powder) * 30g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter or dairy-free butter, melted Method 1. Roll out the dough on a floured surface or on the backing paper until is 1 centimetre thick and cut out into shapes with a cookie cutter. 5. Place them on baking paper on a baking tray and bake for 10- 12 minutes - keep checking to make sure they don’t overcook, all ovens can be different 6. Once cooked, leave to cool and enjoy! 👶🏻 Suitable from 6 months, for babies under 1 year old shape the biscuits into finger length strips, easier to hold ❄️ Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
