I’ve been at my WFH job for a year and I am BURNT OUT. I worked on a PSYCH UNIT in a hospital for SIX years and loved it so much and wish I could go back. WFH is exhausting esp with phone jobs 😭

You do more work from home than ever in the office. In office people walk around and talk etc. but home they are micromanaging so hard with Teams etc you feel like you can't even take a break
