I know it probably doesnt help with the nose or girlie but I wear silicon plugs in my ears when it's cold to avoid that terrible feeling

I've had mine done for decades and my septum, nasal, eyebrows and ears froze in northern MI. Unless they're new, I remember that feeling... lol

After I got the girlies done they r way more sensitive to the cold, even after healing. During healing sucked way worse. My husband no longer needs me to complain about being cold, built in indicators
