I'm an experienced diamond driller and this looks like a wire saw cut where as modern day wire saws use diamond as the abrasive I think they poured wet or dry sand over an moving wire/rope.

Whoever did this had the ability to manipulate light. Used light as a cutting tool and used it to lift these enormous rocks of granite.

If you submerge this block in water, you would have a level. if it were very salty solution, and you used rock of equal hardness, you could easily polish it to a flat surface

idk why I think that these rocks were once molded, like clay type and they molded them and cut it in half and etc to get it how they wanted...and with time it just hardened as a rock obviously.
