got the kaotica vip ticket, drove from nj to toronto and had the worst experience at the venue! all the staff knew nothing. LITERALLY. just wasted my $2500 on the tix 🤡💀 venue is such a mess Edit: For those of you saying these are just minor inconveniences, the problem started right from the very beginning: (1) Arrived at the VIP parking area: We got held up because they wouldn’t let us in due to issues with the barcode. There were about five people around me, and I showed them my Kaotica ticket, but no one knew what a Kaotica was. We ended up wasting half an hour on that! (2) Inside the venue: I asked around 10-15 staff members and security where the Kaotica lounge was, and NO ONE knew. Some even pointed to the wrong locations, making us walk in circles. They could have just made the lounge more visible like the amex one, ykwis? Gave up and just went to seat inside the stadium lol I asked the woman right next to me in the stadium if they found the lounge, she said she had the same experience that no one knew where it was! (3) VIP gift: We didn’t get the VIP gift until the end of the show, so we had to walk all the way back to Gate 2 just to redeem it. (4) VIP entrance: For VIP guests, the entrance and VIP tent could’ve been placed closer to the parking area. (5) Staff and security: They could have been better briefed so they actually knew the basic details. (6) The area was large enough to accommodate several cars for general parking; they could have made use of it! Long story short, I paid for the VIP package expecting an elevated experience, but honestly, it didn’t feel like it at all.
