@zaafirahrehana: coming into 2024 I thought it was going to be the complete opposite to how it actually was. the postpartum struggles l've faced mentally, honestly sometimes I wondered if it was EVER going to go away fast forward to now and it's almost 2025. absolutely not setting myself crazy goals and standards after the way this year has gone - we're simply aiming for small steps where l'm able to prioritise myself but also just feel GOOD in everything that I do. doing things for myself now I finally recognise and remember who that is again. they say the only person you ever truly have is yourself, and when you can't find yourself within, you're just lost honestly taking care of me better now. and reminding you to do the same, because you truly never know what's round the corner. and to all the pregnant and postpartum mamas, I see you 🤍 #2025 #SelfCare #postpartum #fitnessjourney #FitTok
