Suffered a cardiac arrest last year, some good human called the ambulance. They told the caller to take a taxi. If the implanted defibrillator hadn’t shock me, I would have never made it.

I’m sorry so the TL was in a meeting, that’s fair enough. But they report the TL was the only one able to call HEMS (air ambulance) that’s completely incorrect. The crews on scene can request HEMS 1/2

It’s nothing to do with the crew not knowing the way. That’s very very common. Sat navs are a god send :)
