I worked in HR. I kept task logs with minute by minute timestamps, printed every email that complimented me, printed any email that was sus, & recorded one on ones. Also,do not keep these in your desk

I’ve worked in IT 10+ HR has no access to delete email accounts. Its common practice not to delete email accounts for this reason. Some companies will delete them you have 30 days to recover the acc

Hard copy along with digital to private account beats them every time. I kept hard copies locked in a fire proof file box of a companies illegal financial transactions. My office files went missing
