what degree of curvature did you have. my daughter has a 32 degree curvature in hers. she had to wear a backbrace for a year that did very little.

I feel for you. I have a level two fusion in my neck. They wanted to go in a do rods up the back of my neck. Trying my best not to go with that. The neck fusion was bad enough.

Oof I feel ya. I have one higher up skull down to T2, sit ups or a no I have to do the fancy roll thing too. Hope you are feeling better tho!!

Girl this is WILD that you are planking this early 😱 I’m 1 yr post op T2-L3 and I didn’t start planking until 6 months! My surgeon said I could only do walking prior to 6 months.

I had spine surgery because one is verry broken, but they put the screws to close so i have nerve demage they had to go after half a year because it hurt to much
