@develobaby: Some babies prefer to move their arms forward simultaneously, like this sweet little girl does at the beginning of the video. If this is the case for your baby, it’s a good idea to support the development of cross-body movements - this little exercise is perfect for that. I alternate gently pushing her arms forward using my forearm (her left arm) and my index finger (her right arm). This often needs to be repeated many times, especially if there has been back arching or midline belly crawling in the past, where the baby hasn’t used cross-body movements as much.
