that looks like eczema. my boys have it. I use eucerin wash and shampoo on them. you could take her to the Dr and see if it's that or allergic reaction

As a mom with a kid who has multiple allergies. It looks like a sensitivey to something in your milk. I would try cutting things like egg, milk, and wheat out of your diet 1/2

Are you sure it’s baby acne? It’s just weird how it’s all spread out. Ask your pediatrician, just in case it’s an allergy

Looks like a milk allergy to me. If you’re breastfeeding switch to non dairy. There’s so many alternatives now. You’ll notice a difference within a couple of days. This happened with my daughter.
