I have dreams that feel like my real normal life but something happens that makes me aware I am dreaming, I try for what feels like a long time to wake myself up but I just can’t. I’ve had so many sleeping/dream experiences I could go on forever about! Sometimes I can build up the strength to shout out in my dream and my partner can actually hear me and he shakes me awake, otherwise I can feel like I’m stuck in these dreams for a very long time struggling to wake up on my own. I wake up in the sweats and mentally exhausted by how hard I was trying to wake up.

I want to know about my dreams. Why are they so detailed like a movie every night. Who are the people in my dreams I’ve never seen IRL before. Why do I get random flash backs of past dreams from years ago. Dreams are pretty cool 🥰

just a thought..but maybe you have take control as Lydia in that dream instead just waiting to wake up from it ?if its repetitive maybe you have to learn something important from it🤔
